I have to assume Mr Shields was having a tough day. He was impolite and unsympathetic (and, frankly, rather patronising). Not a good experience.

I saw Mr Shields for my migraines. I found him to be extremely unfriendly, cold and rude . I was very disappointed by his approach. I would never recommend him to anyone . I left the consultation quiet distressed my partner was shocked by his behaviour. I am very lucky that I found another Consultant who treated me with respect and I received fantastic on going treatment.
